The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.
