This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

Britt and Richard were excellent hosts who were very responsive. Their property is in an excellent location, with fantastic amenities. It was described accurately and was very clean and comfortable. It is one of the best air bnb’s we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it to others without hesitation! A truly wonderful find! Thanks Britt and Richard!

Very nice apartment! We had a great stay at Freek's place, especially during the hot summer days, we really enjoyed the spacious and relaxing garden. We recommend Freek to other travelers!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, eigenlijk precies zoals we hadden verwacht op basis van de foto's. Het lekkere ontbijtje 's ochtends was een fijne bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Iris’ place. The house was warm, clean and cosy. The fact we had to wear sliders in the house was fine but it did make us a little nervous about noise even though we were incredibly careful not to.

We konden eerder in het appartement dan de tijden die bij de advertentie staan, wat erg fijn was. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede locatie ten opzichte van Tilburg, Den Bosch en de duinen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, echt top. Gratis parkeren in de straat.

Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf in dit ruime huis in Waalwijk. Het is modern en gezellig ingericht met een mooie keuken. De ligging is rustig, maar met de auto ben je snel in het centrum en in de Efteling. Een aanrader voor een familie met kinderen. De tuin is in de zomer zeker ook een pluspunt. De communicatie met Harold was super en snel. Kortom, een dikke aanrader!

Had a great stay. Perfect location for me. Well equipped and comfortable - bathtub was a bonus. Check in and out was a breeze. Maxime gave me all the information I needed before I even got to Tilburg. Hoping to stay there again the next time I visit.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit für meine Freunde und mich in der Unterkunft. Sie war sehr sauber und alles war tadellos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und es war auch kein Problem, etwas später als angegeben, zu kommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

De tweede keer dat we in het huis van Zoé en Nick verbleven. Communicatie is erg snel en de ontvangst was ondanks onze vertraging erg flexibel. We hebben hier wederom een fijn verblijf gehad!

Als je op zoek bent naar "huiselijke gezelligheid" inclusief 2 schatten van katten. Op een perfecte locatie, met gratis parkeren. Een huis wat Hotel waardige slaapkamers heeft met Ligbad op de kamer, comfortabele woonkamer, met open keuken, die alles heeft wat je nodig hebt. STOP MET ZOEKEN! Dit huis heeft het allemaal. Dankjewel Jessica voor het "lenen" van je geweldige huis !

We had a wonderful stay at Lucille's place. The house was bigger than what it looks in the pictures, and it was perfect. Really comfortable, super clean and located in a quiet village not far from lots of attractions. Ideal for a family holiday and to relax. Although the host had told us that they had to work on the finishing touches to the house, we found that these were mostly cosmetic. Everything was in full working order and the house had everything we needed for a great holiday. We are really grateful to Lucille for letting us stay. We can highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quite place, with plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, and close to lots of interesting places to visit.

Geweldige ervaring gehad bij Gwen en Sjoerd. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Woonkamer en slaapkamers waren zelfs ruimer dan gedacht aan de hand van de foto's. Alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn aanwezig. Aanrader!

Roos's place was a great find in the Netherlands! A nice attic-style apartment, tucked away in the lovely Ulvenhout town. The area was quiet and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The apartment is located 2 mins away from the bus stop so reaching Breda was quite easy. The main shop is also very close by with everything you might need. Roos went out of her way to accommodate our requests and needs and she was an attentive and caring host. The apartment was well equipped with a lot of bonus items to make our stay pleasant. We hope to be back very soon!

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

De locatie, tov van centrum Breda en Meersel Dreef, is perfect en lekker rustig. Communicatie was prima. Goed bed wel een bijzondere smaak van inrichting. Hier en daar wel wat rommelig. Na reset van de boiler hadden we weer warm water.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt – alles war sauber, unkompliziert und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

Staying at Ingrid’s place was a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and at ease. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for my needs — just a stone’s throw from the university — which made things really convenient for me. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful, kind and attentive Ingrid as a host was. She was always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality and our little conversation over a glass of wine made the stay feel very personal. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nunung is a great host. She helped with all our questions promptly and also checked in in the middle of stay of everything was going ok. The place was clean, easily accessible by public transport, well equipped and there were nice areas to walk around. The cats were friendly! I'd recommend this place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einige nette Gespräche mit den Gastgebern und haben Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir können eine große Empfehlung aussprechen!

Petit cocon de tranquillité en plein centre d'un petit village charmant. Ce logement est magnifique autant à l'extérieur avec la terrasse et vue sur le magnifique lac, qu'à l'intérieur. Rien ne manque (serviettes, draps, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser,...) et les prestations sont de qualité (literie confortable, salle de bain XXL avec douche et baignoire, grand salon où il fait bon se poser le soir, cuisine). Nous avons adoré notre long week-end dans ce logement à environ 30 minutes de villes à visiter comme Rotterdam, Utrecht, la Haye. Uniquement à noter : prévoir des boules quies pour la nuit car lorsque le logement au dessus est occupé, nous entendions marcher/courir jusqu'à tard et cela raisonnait dans notre logement.
