(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.
