Die Bezeichnung „Kleine Oase zwischen Wald und See“ ist ja absolut zutreffend! Ein wunderbar ruhiges Fleckchen direkt am See. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt….Die Zufahrt ist etwas anspruchsvoller.

The eight of us had a marvellous time at Agnieszka's fantastic house on the lake at Stare Stady. She could not have been a better host. So patient when we arrived several hours late, and accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. The house and garden are incredibly well-equipped and have many different places to relax. There is a Rolls-Royce barbecue area, and wood all seasoned and graded for the fire pit. We used the jetty and boats a lot, swam several times a day, and just had a great time there. There is a restaurant and bar next door that we twice went to which was cheap and welcoming and where they have a beach volleyball pitch you can use. All the beds are comfortable and the TV and audio is easy to use. Plenty of toys and games for all the family - including all our adult children. An idyllic place for a holiday!

Nowoczesny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony domek w pobliżu jeziora. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia :)

Wspaniałe i piękne miejsce ulokowane blisko natury, nie na odludziu, ale w ciszy i spokoju. Miejsce bardzo zadbane, atmosfera domowa, widać, że Właścicielka dba o to miejsce. W domu pełne wyposażenie, absolutnie niczego nie brakuje, wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko jeziora, lasu, dobry dojazd do innych miejscowości. W środku bardzo czysto, wszystko przygotowane dla gości. W dodatku miejsce psiolubne, z dużym podwórkiem i świetnymi terenami do spacerów. Fantastyczna opieka i bardzo dobry kontakt z niesamowicie miłą Panią Wiolettą. Szczerze polecam!😊

Pobyt w Lipowym Siedlisku nie można oceniać w ramach wynajęcia domu, a bardziej w kategoriach wykupienia przeżycia. Odizolowany dom na skraju małej wsi, w której nawet pies już nie szczeka. Najbliższy sklep znajduje się ponad 10 kilometrów od miejsca pobytu, a cisza jest tak odczuwalna, że człowiek prawdziwie odpoczywa. Atrakcji nie będę zdradzał, ale mógłbym przyrównać wizytę do przyjazdu do babci na wieś, która zamieszkuje mazurski domek z dawnych lat i na chwilę zostawia nas samych - musimy sobie radzić i poznać sekrety tego domu by normalnie funkcjonować. Może piszę na wyrost, ale to trzeba samemu przeżyć. Polecam.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, was das Kochen vor Ort zum Vergnügen machte. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der großzügige Garten, der perfekt für entspannte Nachmittage und Grillabende ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

One of the best Airbnb experiences and we have seen a lot of different places. Magnificent old, historic building surrounded by wonderful garden. Stylish apartment, clean, nice terrace, and lots lakes and forests to visit by bike. Pawel was easy going, very helpful and responsive.

Die Unterkunft von Thomas ist eine dieser seltenen Juwelen, die mensch eigentlich lieber für sich als Geheimtipp bewahrt, weil es so schön ist. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier goldrichtig, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und hatten bereits auf dem Heimweg, den Wunsch so schnell wie möglich zurückzukommen.

Świetne miejsce, żeby odciąć się od miastowego zgiełku i zrobić sobie odwyk od mediów. Na miejscu nie ma WIFI i zasięg nie jest zbyt dobry, co sprawia, że chętniej sięga się po inne aktywności. Jest łódka, z której gospodarz pozwolił nam skorzystać. Ogólnie bardzo miły i komunikatywny gospodarz, wytłumaczył nam co i jak działał i był pod telefonem zawsze kiedy mieliśmy pytania. Polecam tą miejscówkę z całego serca.

Amazing new apartment, with modern interior and comfortable beds. The air conditioning was very good in the hit Poland weather. Great peaceful location with local roads to run on, only 10min drive to Mikolajki also. Very flexible host with clear guidance and flexible check-in time. One negative was the WiFi which was not really working at all during the middle of the day and not suitable for work. But seemed to work on my phone at night time.

Jak najbardziej mogę polecić miejsce na wypoczynek. Bardzo ładny apartament. Czysty, nowoczeście urządzony, w pełni wyposarzony. Spokój, bliskość natury oraz kominek powodowały że mogliśmy poczuć się bardzo komfortowo i odpocząć od codzienność. Gospodarz miły, dostępny, gotowy do pomocy - dziękuję :)

Agnieszka's place is why we use Airbnb. The place was small, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive to all questions. Having a parking place right outside the home was a plus for us. The tasty goodies left for us were a nice treat. We enjoyed spending time on the covered balcony. We would highly recommend and hope to come back someday.

amazing place We arrived as a couple plus a baby and a five-year-old girl. The house is equipped and lacks nothing. The garden has a variety of activities for children such as a pool, trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, barbecue corner and a huge area for playing. From the back you can go directly to one of the lake channels which is wonderful The public beach of the lake, including the promenade to the lake, is a five-minute walk away. A ten minute walk from the old town and the park. Everything is close, including the rope park and other attractions. We stayed for a whole week and had an extraordinary experience

This was my first time in Mazury and one of the best holidays I had in my entire life: the ideal option if you're looking for a break from the city to be in contact with nature. Ilona's structure is located in a small village and the house is surrounded by animals and green. You can find horses, many storks, any kind of flies (don't forget to bring repellent!!) and a cat that can open the doors of the house and you can find him in your bed or eating the food in the kitchen. If you are not a cat person, like me, not the best. But I have to say that in the end of the week I kinda learned to love him :) Possibility of having a BBQ. There's a beautiful lake 15 mins on foot if you want to swim and many other perks that Ilona will share with you to make your stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommended, I would totally go back!

The house is in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest. There is a small public lake access about 200 meters away, which is great for relaxing. The house is very family-friendly with a playhouse and lots of toys, which kept our son happy. The house allows pets, we noticed a few dog hairs here and there, and it didn’t bother us at all. The bed was clean and comfortable. Communication with Karol was easy, and he was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break.

המקום חלום של טבע וניקיון. הרבה יותר יפה ממה שמראות התמונות. חצר ענקית מגודרת בקצה כפר קטן, גובלת ביער, קרובה לאגם. ניתן לצאת ברגל למסלולי טיול. בית עץ מדהים, עם ריח של עץ. הכול נקי, נוח, ונעים. חדש. המארחת אישה לבבית ואינטליגנטית. אכפתית וזמינה תמיד. יש בעיה עם זרם המים במקלחת. הוא חלש. זו בעיה בכול האזור הכפרי שם. פשוט נפלא.

Fantastyczne miejsce, domek dobrze wyposażony, wygodny i przytulny. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami, bez zastrzeżeń. W zimne dni nie było problemu aby go ogrzać klimatyzacją. Miejsce faktycznie jest bardzo blisko jeziora, bo w samym porcie. Planując przyjazd warto wziąć pod uwagę iż mają miejsce weekendowe imprezy w tym właśnie porcie - jest głośno. Poza weekendem za to było BARDZO CICHO i spokojnie, poranki z widokiem na jezioro miały magiczną uspokajającą moc. W domku nie ma wifi, radziliśmy sobie z internetem za pomocą LTE, zasięg z Play jest bardzo słaby ale Orange pozwalał oglądać Netflixa, pracować zdalnie byłoby ciężko. W bliskiej okolicy polecam pizzę z Pizzeria Biała w Hotelu Mazury, dania takie sobie ale pizza wyjątkowo dobra, szczególnie propozycje na białym spodzie. Wracając do samego domku jest to miejsce warte swojej ceny.

At the beginning it was quite hard to find the place. However, after we found the house we understood the area and later it became very clear. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and it has a huge garden that our dog enjoyed a lot.

Pobyt w tym domku był wspaniałym doświadczeniem! Domek jest świetnie wyposażony, czysty i bardzo przytulny – od razu poczuliśmy się jak u siebie. Cały teren wokół domku jest bardzo zadbany, przestronny i zachęca do wypoczynku. Na zewnątrz znajdują się hamaki idealne do relaksu oraz miejsce na ognisko, co wieczorami tworzyło cudowną atmosferę. Lokalizacja jest absolutnie wyjątkowa – domek położony jest z dala od drogi, dzięki czemu panuje tu cisza i spokój, a poranki umilają śpiewające ptaki. Największe wrażenie zrobiły na nas widoki – z okna rozpościera się bajeczny krajobraz z pasącymi się krowami tuż obok. To prawdziwa sielanka! Gospodyni była bardzo miła, serdeczna i pomocna – zawsze dostępna, gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce i z chęcią wrócimy!

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku na łonie natury, z dala od miasta. Domek świetnie wyposażony. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny.
