Spacious, artistic, the studio has an extensive library + woodburner for cosy evenings in. *NO TV* Lovely light and spacious en suite bedrooms with beams. The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. Glanteifi, meaning on the banks of the Teifi, is a large Georgian House with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms right on the river leading straight to Poppit Sands. It has 3 acres of shared grounds going right down to the shoreline and includes a tennis court. It is situated at the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is a short walk in to the village with its award winning farmer's market, pubs, fish and chip shop, art and pottery galleries, mini supermarket, Post Office, abbey and water mill.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. This beautiful Grade II listed gate house is part of the 350-acre estate of Cilwendeg, where we as owners also live. The family have been on the estate for over a 100 years, we have so carefully renovated the gate house to turn it into wonderful holiday accommodation set in a large garden with a private hot tub.
