The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Castro with many shops/restaurants and MUNI public transit – 30 minutes door-to-door to downtown or Moscone center. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)

Xfinity high speed Internet, eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi router. Free Netflix movies. Uber and Uber Eat are also convenient here.

Bedroom is completely private and faces the back yard with private entrance. Host lives onsite, but bedroom is closed off from the flat. 5 blocks from Glen Park BART Station. Street parking is easy- you can park all day long. Street cleaning is every other week and on different sides of the street.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
