This apartment is the bottom floor of the Place where I live. It is set up as a self contained unit, with a queen bed in a spacious area, and a kitchen suitable for light cooking. It offers a comfortable living with a modern separate bathroom, separate place for luggage and shoes. Netflix and U Tube etc... Quiet suburb at 18 klm from CBD Hobart. Roomy accomodation with private access. This accommodation DOES NOT have a KITCHEN. Sleeping up to 4 adults. The accommodation is in the downstairs part of the main residential property. It is a 5 minute walk to various cafes, Pizza places etc supermarkets, chemist & post office. Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Direct access provided with a key pad or via hosts.

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.
