Our home is in the heart of Glens Falls. We are just minutes away from Cool insuring arena and 15 minutes to Lake George & Saratoga. Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

This large open floor plan chalet is situated on a sprawling secluded property bordered by two babbling brooks and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
