Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. The Stables, stylishly renovated is an idyllic cottage hideaway in the heart of the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Ideal as a base to explore the Mid Wales lakes and mountains, a romantic weekend, or just to relax. Just 10 minutes from the town of Brecon with its historic cathedral, yet only an hour from Cardiff; the cultural hub of Wales. The local village; a few minutes away is convenient with it's garages & convenience stores and pubs. Well behaved dogs welcome to stay.

Cromen Tŷ Cyw Iâr (Chicken house dome). A slated dome is a unique building, this one looks down the Honddu and Usk valleys and you can see for 25 miles from the star window looking South East. I have reused materials as much as possible in its construction. The original henhouse was rebuilt to create the private bathroom alongside and contains a hot shower, w.c. and basin. I have created a special place for visitors to stay with their own private piece of rural Wales to enjoy.

Our site is just off Aberyscir Hill, a few miles to the west of the market town of Brecon. Each of our six heated Wigwam Cabins are situated in a quiet secluded area with spectacular views of the wonderful welsh hills.
