Hier gibt es viele Möglichkeiten der Erholung und Freizeitgestaltung. Hier ein kleiner Überblick das Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, die Maasduinen und das Leukermeer mit Yachthafen, die Römerstadt Xanten mit ihrer Nord und Südsee mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Ein Baby Bett und 2 Reisebetten und eine Schlafcouch sind vorhanden.

In unserer Zweiten Ferienwohnung ist viel Platz für die Ganze Familie. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit extra WC im Dachgeschoss 2. Etage.Davor ein großer offener Raum mit einem Schlafsofa , Spielecke und Schreibtisch. In der Ersten Etage ist ein riesengroßer Raum mit Küchenzeile , Wohnzimmer, Holzofen und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. Auch hier kann das Sofa genutzt werden als Bett. Wenn man den seperaten Treppenaufgang draußen zur Wohnung hochgeht kommt man auf eine sehr schöne Dachterasse.

Fewo an der Niers

In unserer gemütlichen Wohnung steht Ihnen zur Erholung nichts mehr im Weg. Im geräumige Wohnesszimmer befindet sich die Schlafcouch mit extra Topper. Das Bad verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und eine Badewanne. Wer gerne in der Natur unterwegs ist sei es mit dem Rad, zu Fuß oder auch mal sportlich auf der Niers der ist hier genau richtig. Für einen Ausflug mit dem SUP auf der Niers bieten wir den Einstieg direkt im Garten an und wer kein eigenes Board hat kann sich eins bei uns leihen.

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Ospere

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Hochwertig sanierte Traum-Villa, das "Forsthaus". Erbaut 1875. Hier trifft Geschichte auf modernen Luxus. Im stilvollem Ambiente relaxen, arbeiten und genießen. Mit der U-Bahn oder dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt und gleichzeitig direkt am Naturschutzgebiet der Düsseldorfer Rheinauen, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Rhein entfernt.
