We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Welcome to our basement suite! This apartment is located in the basement of our family home. To enter, you must come through our garage and shared back door. Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.
