Relax with the whole family at this charming house by the sea, nestled in the charming area of Goodrington Paignton. Swimming, sunbathing, sand, paddle boarding, rock pooling and the countries largest outdoor water park QuayWest are just a short walk away. The scenic southwest coastal path offer breathtaking views of the coastline. The 6 mile stretch provides walkers with a mix of sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and charming seaside towns. Enjoy travelling by Steam train, boat, bus or train.

Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

High Gables - Apartment Three

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. Gas centrally heated, comprising: two bedrooms; large contemporary bath/shower room; good sized lounge with oak flooring and plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

This luxury lodge is on a gated drive on the edge of Hoburne family holiday park, next to the woods. Wake up to birdsong in this 40’x20’ space (twice the size of the caravans on the park), and enjoy some sun on the decking next to the bubbling hot tub. Features: Broadband WiFi 1 double bedroom with en suite shower and walk in wardrobe. 2 twin rooms. 1 main bathroom. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. 2 smart TVs (one 42”). Number One Braeside Mews is a fabulous holiday house with amazing sea views and only a few minutes walk from Goodrington Sands beach in Paignton. There are a wide selection of pubs, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as the local waterpark, boating lake, and harbour. A short drive away is the award winning Paignton Zoo and the coastal resorts of Torquay, Brixham and Babbacombe There is so much to see and do for the whole family!

Pool & parking, 2 min from beach

Wonderful location just a short stroll through the park, past the boating lake, to the beach. Use of shared pool (heated late May-early Sep), reserved parking, and a small terrace with views over the boating lake. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a comfortable lounge, with Wi-Fi and access to a firestick so you can relax in the evening with you favourite film. NB. There are stairs up to the property and there is a split level (2 steps) within the property

Hi Spec 2 bedroom Annexe - close to coastal path

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
