Willows Retreat, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly, BBQ

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Relax with the whole family at this charming house by the sea, nestled in the charming area of Goodrington Paignton. Swimming, sunbathing, sand, paddle boarding, rock pooling and the countries largest outdoor water park QuayWest are just a short walk away. The scenic southwest coastal path offer breathtaking views of the coastline. The 6 mile stretch provides walkers with a mix of sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and charming seaside towns. Enjoy travelling by Steam train, boat, bus or train.

Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

High Gables - Apartment Three

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. Gas centrally heated, comprising: two bedrooms; large contemporary bath/shower room; good sized lounge with oak flooring and plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Wake up to birdsong in this 40’x20’ space (twice the size of the caravans on the park), and enjoy some sun on the decking next to the bubbling hot tub. Features: Broadband WiFi 1 double bedroom with en suite shower and walk in wardrobe. 2 twin rooms. 1 main bathroom. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. 2 smart TVs (one 42”). Please note max 6 guests - day and night.

Sit & relax on the balcony or sofa & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (Paddle Steamer, cruise ships & steam train).Centrally located in Kingswear across from the river with no hills to climb you'll be walking distance from the coastal path and ferries.All tourist attractions are close by with passenger & car ferries a few minutes walk away for a short river trip to Dartmouth.

Pool & parking, 2 min from beach

Wonderful location only a short stroll through the park, past the boating lake, to the beach. Use of shared pool(heated end of May to Sep), reserved parking and a small terrace with views over the boating lake. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely comfortable lounge with Wi-fi and access to a firestick so you can relax in the evening with you favourite film. NB. There are stairs up to the property and there is a split level (2 steps) within the property
