Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

This magnificent farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on 180 acre farm directly on the Caney Fork River. It is very isolated and the view from the wrap around porch is spectacular. See wildlife like deer, turkey and bold eagles. It has almost a half mile of river frontage. Easy access to the river with a boat launch.
