Our second year at Tyringham Small was another success. Fantastic stay away with our children who loved the garden, the pool, and the tennis court. We appreciated how easy it was to walk out onto the neighbouring paths for delightful walks and being able to use the barbecue. Our stay was made even lovelier by the friendliness of Philip and Sherry whom we hope to see again next year for the third edition.

A wonderful stay for any family, we felt right at home and loved exploring the farm and surrounding towns.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Alex’s place. The house and its surroundings are beautiful. The extra touches made it even more special. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Location wise it couldn’t have been more perfect. The garden was nice and private overlooking picturesque countryside and we had the company of cows and their calves in the field which were a joy to watch. We booked it as a surprise for our friend and had just given her the address last minute. She couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Me and my partner had the most amazing day and evening. The outside pool was amazing especially being heated! And the hot tub was also amazing. The open space is perfect and also very private. I would definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends and family. Marlies and her partner were both so lovely and welcoming and have done an amazing job with the place!

We enjoyed our stay at Priors glade with our lovely host Tanya who baked us a nice chocolate cake - much appreciated! Brilliant pool, clean with shower room. Family kindly respected our privacy and put a screen up. Bedroom was spacious and bathroom is clean with powerful shower. We were able to feed the sheep which was a fun experience. Guildford centre only a 10-15 min drive. Thank you for having us!

Another lovely weekend break at The Barn. It's a perfect space for our group of friends to catch up and chill out. Always spotless and clean. We lucked out with the weather and the pool and tennis court got some good use. We had a lovely 6 mile walk around the Surrey Hills with the beautiful Abinger Hatch pub a half way point. Daniel was very welcoming and friendly and accessible to answer our queries. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery but we forgot cling film and foil, so bring some if you think you will be using it. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and dining table which was a lovely afternoon sun trap. All in all a perfect stay and we will be coming again next year!

The pictures don’t do the listing justice. Top level place to stay and everything is to a high, high standard. Lots of care and thought has put into every detail. Would also recommend Emma’s Cold Harbour kitchen. The chicken and chorizo pie was otherworldly.

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.
