Lake House Lough Atorick

Das nahgelegene Dorf Woodford mit Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten ist lediglich eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Allgemein bietet unser Standort eine gute Ausgangslage für Reisen in die anderen malerischen Gebiete Irlands.

The Coach House

A newly renovated coach house in the heart of Portumna Town, close to Lough Derg, the River Shannon and the Forest Park. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen/dining, bedroom/ lounge and bathroom with an outside patio area including BBQ. Access is pedestrian through the front archway leading from the street. With added comfort of underfloor heating, and triple glaze windows, meaning cosy all year round. There is space for fishing gear and a fridge for storage of fishing bate and gear.

Traditional Cottage with bags of character

A 1.5 bedroom traditional cottage that is attached to our main house but separate & private. It has all you need for a restful, wonderful stay in a fabulous part of East Clare. There is tons of old world character yet it’s also has a fast fibre broadband for those who need to stay connected or for nights in watching Netflix. The property is close to some great pubs and restaurants and the stunning Lough Durg with wonderful walks and lots to do in this part of Ireland. Also we love dogs! 🥰

Burren Lodge

A truly special spot, this luxurious lodge is close to Ballyvaughan but tucked in the trees with a view of the turlough, red squirrels, and sparrow hawks. Cosset yourself with organic mattresses, spa-like bathrooms, smart TV’s, a diverse library, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with fabulous Lacanche French range. Massive windows offer views to lush surrounding greenery. A spacious deck with bbq, fire pit outdoor furniture and dining table overlooks the turlough (disappearing lake).

Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of East Clare, retreat from the busyness of life to a unique experience in nature. It’s a really beautiful space with trees and a small forest. This semi off grid yurt is designed to provide you with comfort. The yurt is attached to a private kitchenette and a small bathroom with hot shower and a toilet. Inside the yurt, you will sleep in a comfortable double bed with a warm duvet and a cosy stove. (Please note, this is not a party venue)

Bellefield House and Gardens is a unique home, situated in the heart of Ireland. Lovingly and tastefully restored by its former owner the renowned architect and garden designer Angela Jupe. Both house and gardens have been carefully upgraded while retaining their period charm. The house is situated down a private drive and guests will have exclusive access to the 2 acre walled garden and be able to stroll the 20 acres of grounds that surround the house.

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels

Fully off grid experience including solar powered hot water and a modern Scandinavian dry (compost) toilet.
