Oasis in the City 3BHK Apartment.

My property is a 3 storied building. Each floor has a 3bhk apartment , one of them is this listing. All 3 apartments are listed on Airbnb. My place is NOT a bungalow or a villa. The pool is a common feature for all my 3 Airbnbs,however, eversince covid we have been forced to make time slots so that each group can use their time in the pool privately. The pool is a small wave pool. Apart from 6 persons, extra persons staying over,shall be chargeable@500per head, includes mattress and breakfast.

This a flat is a separate identity situated on the 1st floor of a gated apartment with 24/7 security. A caretaker appointed to take care of my flat . She cleans it daily. It has all amenities like bed, AC, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, induction oven, induction pots, kitchenette, glasses ,geyser , water purifier (RO)

The property is located in a calm area of southeast Kolkata beside EM Bypass near Metro Cash & Carry/Singhabari crossing. Having best and easy transport communication. Clean, Peaceful and Posh. Decently decorated interior, spacious, open and airy. Bedrooms have wardrobes, split ACs. Garage within the premises. Washing Machine,Microwave, Mixer grinder, 42" TV in drawing room, one 32" in living room, free Wifi, Geysers, cloth drying rack. Acropolis mall 10 mnts and Gariahat 15 mnts away.

Two minutes walk catch metro to reach furthest northern part of Kolkata through heart of City . Pronaam is very accessible by Uber, Swiggy . All important places specially South Kolkata , salt lake , new town , Esplanade are easily connected. Bus stop is just around 500 meters away , so is market . Pronaam is very peaceful without any noise with excellent roof .
