Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

This is a completely renovated two bedroom cottage. Three flatscreen smart TV's. Wifi. Tile throughout. This unit is turn key and fully stocked. There is an outside sitting area, expansive, private fenced backyard including a gas grill. The kitchen is well appointed including tile backsplash, stainless appliances, Quartz countertops and more. We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Spend some time relaxing on the back deck overlooking the saltwater marsh. After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
