The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

This is a well maintained home built in the early 40's. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with plenty of linens, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and an area to relax outside. If you like ghost stories 👻 maybe the resident ghost will give you a treat! His favorite tricks include disappearing objects that you just set down, creating out of place smells, and fiddling with the lock box 🔒 On brand with the Parrot House units, you'll find the parrot theme tastefully included throughout. Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Beach Vibes on Downtown’s Side

This eco-friendly cottage hosts a peaceful Gulf Coast theme on a quiet street, just blocks away from all the action. Located on the edge of downtown, you're never too far away from all Pensacola has to offer, and a quick jaunt to Pensacola or Perdido Beach. This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
