Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

The bright open-plan kitchen & living area flows onto a private outdoor dining space with a living herb wall, large table, BBQ, children's playhouse - a welcoming base to enjoy Grado.

L’appartamento, ad eccezione del bagno, non ha porte, ma solo tende divisorie oscuranti.

The house is located in the heart of of Grado island, in a quiet area of villas and gardens. The apartment is on the first floor, it is just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea. The apartment has got a beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept and shaded garden with a bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.
