Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. Come enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer! Located on a quiet street near downtown you can walk to the waterfront and down to the beach, farmers market, downtown and so much more! Need more room for your group - we also own Ruth's Retreat which is just around the corner and 2 houses down! Like most homes in this part of town - this house is over 100 years old! We love the character and stories these old houses hold - but please note that also means some steep stairs to the second floor.

The Maxwell House of Grand Haven-2 Bedroom Condo

Located downtown Grand Haven, this home has 3 condos within it. Each has its own outdoor area, entrance and parking. You can easily walk to the channel's waterfront (where the Musical Fountain takes place nightly), boardwalk, restaurants, bars, stores, museums, farmer's market and playground. The GH State Park is about 1.5 miles away. The Maxwell is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This unit has a private outdoor area with table/chairs and Weber grill.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining room condo is steps away from all the best sights and sounds Grand Haven has to offer. In summer explore the farmer's market, enjoy lunch in the social district, and check out the festivals before finishing with the musical fountain. Head a little further along the lakeshore to swim in the lake and catch some rays. In winter cozy up at coffee shops or head down the ski hill blocks away at the YMCA.

Perfect in town location, walkable to the farmer's market, downtown restaurants, and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches!

Beachmobile 2.0

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.
