This intimately peaceful 1 bedroom cottage is on 4 beautiful acres with private Lake Michigan access! 300 feet from the bluff and only 40 steps down to miles of sandy beach. This cottage is a favorite due to its woodsy setting. Hotel quality linens and towels set the tone for a stress free getaway. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

The family chef will love the large kitchen complete with double oven and 6 burner gas stove and well stocked kitchen. This is a true gem and offers everything.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
