Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 bedrooms and has 3 living rooms with fluffy couches. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and 2 full bathrooms.

The most unique stay in Winterset! Legacy Stone House AirBnB is a historic residence located one mile east of Winterset, Iowa. Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Officially named the William Anzi Nichols House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

Lovely remodeled basement apartment located in a quiet neighborhood close to I-35. Newly remodeled apartment has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking basics. Enjoy an electric fireplace in the living room. The sizable bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a large walk-in closet. A twin size daybed is in the family room. A pack-n-play is available. Enjoy the pool/ping-pong table and TV. This rustic cottage is a quiet retreat in the heart of the Middle Raccoon River Valley. Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.

Just a mile from Seven Oaks Recreation Area! 5 miles west of Boone just off Highway 30, this cute and cozy space offers upscale privacy on a wooded lot within 30 minutes of Ames and 50 minutes from Des Moines. This is a guest house on the same lot as the owners, so pride of ownership abounds. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Farmhouse Oasis

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There are bike paths close by with city life within 10 minutes. Enjoy the peace and quiet and comfort of your own farm life with your own private deck with a 4 person hot tub and fenced in yard for your pets. Get the full farm experience with ducks, chickens, sweet farm kitties and a Turkey who thinks she’s a chicken!

Our little cabin in the woods is a great place for couples to relax, reflect and connect. Nestled on 115 acres of land, there are many trails to explore throughout the woods. Enjoy watching wildlife, laughing around a fire, sitting on the front porch watching the sunset, reading, playing games, and stargazing.
