This area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina. You're close to restaurants, cafes, the grocery, and shops.

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Private salt water pool/hotub within a screen enclosure for you and your guests enjoyment(can be heated for a fee).
