Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Ample and easy parking. Use of the outdoor patio area. Adults only.

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Right in the heart of Grantsville, The Little House has all you need to make your stay enjoyable. Within walking distance of our town park, which offers pickleball courts, fishing, a walking path, baseball fields, and basketball nets, and also ice skating in the winter months. You can also walk to the local coffee shop, and the local library. We have great bakeries and restaurants, a pizza place, and an artisan village, featuring amazing talent by our locals.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at New Germany State Park. It is a nice walk or a short drive to the park for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and or swimming. We are also a 25 minute drive to the Wisp ski resort. We are centrally located. Also close to Savage River Reservoir for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. Our goal is for the family to enjoy time away!
