The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

Also comes with a guest pass for you to be able to enjoy beautiful Lake Cushman and Lake Kokanee, which are both about a 10 minute drive away. Beautiful bayfront property with over 1,000 feet of private beach just steps from the back door. Miles of beachcombing await you at this stunning location. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the west-facing porch. The property is situated between Aberdeen and Westport, Washington, with Westport and Grayland Beach just 7 miles away. It offers a very private and quiet setting, where you can walk for miles along the beautiful bay. The views and sunsets from the west-facing back deck are truly stunning.

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Due to Ocean Shores zone restrictions, this studio is only offered as a workspace. By booking this space, you acknowledge you intend to use it as a workspace. You will, of course, have 24-hour access. Your projects are your business. The studio has views of the Jetty and sunsets to the west. 10 min. Walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bath with a shower on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a full bed and a couch that pulls out to make a queen bed.
