Alquileres para vacaciones en Graz-Umgebung District

Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung, schöne Umgebung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute, gutes Restaurant gleich daneben. Der letzte Abschnitt mit dem Auto, auf den Hügel rauf, kann für manche etwas schwierig sein, aber das Ziel ist es alle mal Wert. Jederzeit wieder.

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Udo è molto amichevole e disponibile, ha fatto il check-in di persona e si è mostrato flessibile con gli orari di arrivo e partenza secondo le nostre esigenze. L’alloggio è molto carino e pulito, dotato di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare, ha un parcheggio privato e in 15/20 minuti di passeggiata comoda si arriva in centro (eravamo con due bambini piccoli ed è stato facile anche senza passeggini). Tornerei volentieri, grazie!

An amazingly huge apartment at a very central location in Graz, with free parking included. All the main city sites are reachable by foot. Very well equipped, nicely furnished, very pleasant to stay at and in a great area. Simply superb.

Diese Unterkunft war für mich "zuHause". Es war von Beginn an - ein Wohlfühlen das kann ich nicht beschreiben. 🙏💖 Die Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft hab ich selten so erlebt und ich reise viel. Oftmals hab ich die Sonne "durch die Fenster" genossen, draußen war es kalt und unten in Graz war Nebel, das war wirklich ein Geschenk. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer sicher ein Traum und ich kann es noch gar nicht glauben dass die 6 Wochen so schnell vergingen. Ich habe mich zu 100% wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Verbesserung könnte es geben. Das ist der Druck in der Dusche. Ich habe Rasterlocken und es war eine Herausforderung die Haare zu waschen. Mit normalen Haaren sicher kein Problem, doch mit Rasterlocken - langwierig. :-) Für alle die Ruhe suchen, die Natur genießen wollen, ist das der perfekte Ort. Man kann in die Stadt laufen ca.30-45 Minuten je nachdem wie schnell/langsam man läuft. Zurück geht es den Berg hoch, also gleich ein bisschen "Ausdauer". DANKE für alles🙏🍀💞

Ich habe dchon mehrmals hier übernachtet. Werde ich wieder tuen, und kann es weiterempfehlen.

The house is located in the middle of a wine production area on a hill. It’s quite even the highway is located around 1000 meters away. It’s very natural between a forest area connected to a farm. It’s a great starting point for all sorts of activities like hiking biking etc. Graz is the next bigger city which can be reached in 30 Min by car and is a very nice city. Ingeborg and her family are very friendly and responsive if assistance is needed. We can absolutely recommend the wine which is produced there!
