The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

The Apple Shed @ Rose Cottage

The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

Boroughbridge is a pretty, small historic market town with independent shops and cafes. With lovely walks along the river and canal. Centrally located for York, Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, The Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

Seaves Mill situated on the edge of The Howardian Hills in the North Yorkshire village of Brandsby 13.5 miles from the city of York. Seaves Mill has been converted into this beautiful living space by avid gardeners and architectural antique dealers Phil and Jo. The space has been designed with quality and decorative design in mind. It is set within beautifully landscaped gardens along side the picturesque Mill stream. Daleside Cottage is one of two cottages in the converted cart shed building, set in the middle of 100 acres of farmland with spectacular views. Luxury super king/twin beds, log burner and beautiful interiors await. Enjoy walking trails direct from the door or explore the many sights of Yorkshire from this central location. One well behaved dog is welcome.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!
