We hade a great vacation at Eva’s place. Is a perfect private location with an stunning view of the sunset. Eva is a great host, we had coffee, milk, cold water...all you need if you arrive late, like we did.she is flexible with check-in and check-out time, wich was helpful. The location was more beautiful that we expecting. We definitely recommend it!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso Myrtia Apartment a Divarata. La posizione è strategica per esplorare il nord dell'isola (Fiskardo, Assos, etc), e la bellissima spiaggia di Myrtos è a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. Gli spazi interni sono adeguati per due persone. Il letto è nuovo e dotato di materasso in memory foam. Gli ampi spazi esterni ci hanno permesso di stendere comodamente i teli mare e i costumi dopo la spiaggia e abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice nell'edificio. La vicinanza (2 minuti a piedi) a ben 4 taverne, un bar, una gelateria, una macelleria e due minimarket ha reso il soggiorno estremamente comodo. L'ambiente tranquillo e bucolico, con un gregge di pecore che sostava in un terreno poco distante e visibile dall'appartamneto, ha reso l'esperienza ancora più autentica. Inoltre, la comunicazione con l'host tramite Airbnb è stata rapida ed efficace.

Perfect location for easy reach to different parts of the island. Lovely, peaceful neighbourhood. Large and well equipped kitchen. We experienced few power cuts and constantly weak water pressure which we were told is a general problem all over the island.

Beautiful place, loved the pool and deck, walkable to town (and the club nextdoors!). Penny was very helpful with recommendations and the check-in was very smooth!

Κλείσαμε το στούντιο τελευταία στιγμή, μιας και αποφασίσαμε αυθόρμητα να επισκεφθούμε τη Σύρο. Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είμαστε πιο τυχεροί! Το στούντιο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή σε απόσταση 12 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από την Ερμούπολη και διαθέτει τα πάντα. Μαζί μας είχαμε το γιο μας που είναι μόλις 4,5 μηνών και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Γιώργος μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Μάλιστα μας έδωσε κ ένα παιδικό κρεβατάκι, το οποίο είχε τοποθετήσει στο στούντιο, πριν την άφιξή μας. Αν και δεν υπάρχει θάλασσα σε απόσταση που μπορεί να διανύσει κάνεις με τα πόδια, βρήκαμε δροσιά στην υπέροχη πισίνα του συγκροτήματος. Συνιστώ το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε Γιώργο για όλα!

Of all the hosts I have met over time, Menelaos stands out. He saw us in and out personally and gave us sasmples of local products and food. Mohlos is a very peaceful seaside village on the Cretan coast with a wonderful cafe nearby called The Rocks. Private deck and access to the water. Verh highly recommended.

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer für uns erreichbar und haben uns herzlich empfangen.

Fantastisk sted og beliggenhet. Dimitris og hans mor etterlot gode spesialiteter vi kunne smake på fra egen hage. Blandt annet olivenolje, greske pannekaker og grønnsaker, og honning! Stedet lå fantastisk til med egen Strand - veldig fint å snorkle her! Dimitris var veldig gjestfri, og var alltid tilgjengelig ved behov

Μια ιδιαίτερη κατοικία κατασκευασμένη μόνο από πρωτογενή αρχιτεκτονικά υλικά χωρίς να περισσεύει ή να της λείπει κάτι... με πρότυπη θέα στο Αιγαίο και όμορφους εξωτερικούς χώρους για τη κάθε στιγμή του 24ώρου. Η θέση της, μέσα στο μεγάλο παραδοσιακό κτήμα δίνει μόνο ήχους της φύσης και η σπάνια ευαισθησία των ιδιοκτητών στη φωτορύπανση προσφέρει την επιλογή στον επισκέπτη να ταξιδέψει (τις βράδυνες ώρες) με τα μάτια στο σύμπαν. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer für uns erreichbar und haben uns herzlich empfangen.

We stayed as a family with three kids and a friend for one week in July 2024. The Villa delivered what it promised and even beyond that. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully furbished and the outside was spectacular with a lot of space, a small nice pool, a private beach, beautiful and big dining area, a basketball court and minigolf. It was the absolutely perfect place to spend the most amazing and private holiday!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing, it was adorable right next to a little beach and had everything you could need. The hosts were very available to us and gave us a lot of great recommendations for around the island. You’ll absolutely need to rent a car that can handle some bumpy roads but if your looking for something a little more secluded but still 10-15 minutes from everything you’d want to see this place is wonderful. They even went as far as to buy us a little cake for our honeymoon, absolutely loved the place.

Ein wirklich magischer Ort. Eine so wunderschöne Insel für sich zu haben ist wirklich einmalig!
