Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

Twin Law Cottage: A cosy, rural 2 bedroom getaway

Twin Law Cottage is a former barn that has been sympathetically converted for comfortable, modern living. With outdoor space, and wonderful views over surrounding farmland, you can really relax and feel like you've escaped the humdrum of every day life. Cosy-up in front of the log burner after a walk in the Lammermuirs; go for a jaunt to Holy Island; visit some of wonderful local stately homes; or head into Edinburgh for the day. The Tackhouse

This is a cozy cottage with a gentle contemporary feel. It has two en-suite bedrooms with have superking size beds which can be turned into single beds (let us know prior to your arrival). The kitchen, dining area and the living room are all open plan with a wood burning stove at its centre. The terrace is part of a small enclosed garden, sunny and sheltered from the wind. Castletoun Spa (hot tub,sauna) must be booked in advance for an exclusive use, subject to availablity (£30 per day).

For those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns like Edinburgh, St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away.

Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Tennis court , no booking required for tennis. BBQ.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
