Professionally designed from the ground up, this cabin features the following: - Main Cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upstairs loft with six bunk beds that sleeps 12. - Detached garage has an arcade and game room. - Above the garage is a private studio with it's own kitchen, bathroom, king bed, and laundry that sleeps two (additional $97 charge for this).

A peaceful and centrally-located cottage waiting for your summer adventure. Just bring a change of clothes and a toothbrush and you are ready to stay at our cozy home with everything needed for fun and adventure we have a large deck with a dining area for those meals you want to enjoy outside, fire-pit to gather around on chilly evenings, realistic electric fireplace for snuggling or playing one of the many games available. There is a fully equipped kitchen along with full sized washer & dryer.

Richardson Lane Retreat. Come and relax in this 2590 sq. ft (4bd, 3bth) cabin home in the tall pines on a 2 acre lot (good distance from neighbors!). Cozy up next to the wood burning stove in the great room or hang out under the trees on the back porch. Has the best features of a cabin (e.g. knotty pine wood/wood burning stove) and a mountain house (e.g. garage, comfortable furniture, laundry room, etc). Small cozy front porch with rocking chairs; larger back yard porch with seating for 9+.

In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

Comfortable & cute décor, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Dish TV, fireplace, and a jetted tub in the living room! We stay here regularly ourselves, & are glad to share our vacation home with you!

To access the loft, you have to climb a ladder. No AC except portable window unit. Fireplace, BBQ, 3 decks, &outdoor firepit. Up to two pets allowed with a $150 pet fee
