Prenditi una pausa e rigenerati in questa oasi di pace. La cascina di Runloda (1500 msm), situata in una splendida zona di larici, dista a 4 Km da Campo Blenio, raggiungibile in automobile. La cascina è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2021. Vi è una mansarda (con 3 letti), un piano abitativo con cucina abitabile, lavastoviglie e un letto a castello, al piano inferiore doccia, WC, lavatrice e asciugatrice. La cascina è scaldata da pellet. Fumo e animali non ammessi. Tassa soggiorno esclusa

Picccola e romantica casetta immersa nel bosco, adatta per due persone, a stretto contatto con la natura. Piccola (20mq) ma completamente indipendente. Con semplicità e senza troppe spese si può sentire il respiro della natura. Una versione moderna della casa sull’ albero . Nei periodi estivi basta aprire tutte le finestre e sarà come dormire in tenda ma con un letto comodo e tutti i servizi a disposizione Ideale come appoggio per passeggiate. Landscape Architect's Chalet Soapstone Wood Stove

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

Renovated old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest 300 meters from the village in an isolated position, for lovers of the mountains and tranquility. Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Schlafen im Wohn-Fass Entspannen sie sich auf unserem Hof im gemütlichen Fass. Im wunderschönen, meistens nebelfreien Ybrig und der Umgebung, finden sie alles, um ihre Ferien zu geniessen z.B. Skifahren im nahen Skigebiet Hoch-Ybrig und Oberiberg, Langlauf im Nachbardorf Studen-Unteriberg, Schneeschuhlaufen. Bike- und Wandertouren, sowie schwimmen im Hallenbad Unteriberg oder das Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz das man von uns aus in 30 min. Autofahrt erreicht.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
