We had a great last minute getaway at The Little Green Cottage. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the backyard was fully fenced in for our two dogs. The neighborhood is adorable. We are already discussing our next visit!

This was our second stay in the “Sisters Cabin”, and just like our first in 2022, it did not disappoint! Located on a bluff in bucolic, sylvan Monteagle, TN, this is a quiet, restful retreat that features super-comfortable beds, killer sunsets and views and a lovely covered back porch. Colene and her sister, Carla, are consummate, communicative hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home and are well taken-care of! Carla even came by twice during our weekend to drop off some blankets during an unexpected May cold snap and to re-light the fireplace pilot light. It can be a little tricky to find the place at night or if it’s your first visit, but that is part of the “off-the-beaten-path” vibe that enhances the retreat-like atmosphere of the property. We can’t recommend this quaint, comfortable and clean-as-whistle cabin enough! We also were pleased to see some upgrades and refreshed amenities (blackout blinds, new tile shower in the 3rd BR). Robert’s entire property is perfect for a show at the caverns. We stayed in the smaller cabins last year but the house is perfect for a larger group. Firewood wasn’t available as we thought but was easy to find for purchase. Would stay here for every caverns show!

Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Adrienne’s place! The house was comfortable, and the gardens were beautiful and reminded me of the book the Secret Garden. All communication was prompt and beyond kind. I traveled solo and felt completely safe. The neighborhood is very safe and you will often see people out walking their pets and jogging. The was plenty of coffee for the morning and the porch is welcoming. Because I was traveling solo I was thrilled to see how well-lit the porch and entryway were. The best part was all of Adrienne’s beautiful art hanging on the walls. I will stay again for sure.

We had a great stay! Home was as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was responsive to our messages. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay.

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Loved the place, we had everything we wanted and was very clean when we checked in. Please understand the location is convenient but it’s in an industrial zone. Did not notice any noise during our stay. I highly recommend Talithas place for a party of four.
