Studio mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Saanenland

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

Die Planards ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit hoch oben über Chateaux d'Oex mit einer spektakulären Aussicht. Das letzte Haus der Strasse gleich unterhalb des Waldrandes ca. 1 Km vom nächsten Nachbarn entfernt. Hier fühlt man sich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten tief entspannt und im Urlaub. This bright 1-bedroom chalet flat lies within easy walking distance (10 min max) of the car-free centre of Gstaad, one of the best-known of the Swiss alpine villages famed for sport, shopping, dining and people-watching. The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

This peaceful apartment offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

Das Haus hat Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder/Jugendliche(Etagenbett). Das Chalet befindet sich ausgangs des Dorfes Gsteig bei Gstaad hinter dem Camping Heiti. Es besteht eine Postautoverbindung nach Gstaad bzw. Richtung Glacier 3000 und Les Diablerets. Die Haltestelle ist 250m vom Chalet entfernt. Der Bus fährt stündlich und nur Tagsüber. Auto ist von Vorteil. Im Dorf gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und ein Restaurants.
