This newly constructed home feels incredibly spacious for being so cozy. High ceilings and lots of windows allow the natural light in. A fully stocked kitchen will delight the cook in your group. Minutes from dining, shopping & sight seeing. Then retreat back to the RV for privacy and comfort. This RV sleeps 6 comfortably, offering a cozy master bedroom w/ an RV king bed & large closet opposite from the huge bunk room (3 bunks & sofa), a full kitchen, living/dining, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, plus an outdoor kitchen!

Escape to our vintage 1972 Avion LaGrande camper, tucked away on a 5-acre woodland near New Braunfels. This boho-chic retreat features a fairy-lit courtyard, comfy lounge chairs, a fire pit/grill, and a nature trail and treehouse. Just minutes from Wurstfest, Schlitterbahn, historic Gruene, and river adventures, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and access to local attractions. Paddleboards & Kid Kayaks for rent: $25 each per stay! Property is shared with a glamping tent rental.

Be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road w/ trees, cattle fields, and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of trails on the property. See our wildlife w/ wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property. Our pond is stocked! *No cleaning fee if checkout instructions are followed!
