This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.

450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels. Apartment is located behind the main home and shares a wall with it. Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small. There is a room dividing curtain between the bedroom and the sitting area/kitchen. Guests have their own parking and entrance. Hot tub and large fenced in backyard are semi-private. Hot tub is for guest use only. Owner run and operated. Must be 21+ to book.
