Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Just two miles from the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River, this cozy Canyon Lake cottage sits beneath the trees, offering privacy and a great view of Hill Country wildlife. Inside, you’ll find a king and queen bed in two comfy bedrooms, each with its own private bath and shower. The full kitchen makes cooking easy, and you’ll have a dining table for four, washer and dryer, 65” Roku TV, and fiber internet to keep you connected.

Riverside Cabin

The Riverside Cabin was originally constructed in 1935 as a Hill Country get-away to accommodate hunting, fishing and river activities. It is located on the original route to the Old Spanish Trail on the banks of the Guadalupe River, within 1/2 mile of Comfort's Historic District. Situated on 10 acres, the cabin is a quiet, private retreat and a comfortable central location for exploring the Hill Country.
