This brand new 2 bedroom guest home is perched at the top of the Escondido hill in the gated community of Rancho Villa Real. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara.
