The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within in the property called "Las Olas" overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez.
