This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

We had an amazing stay at Villa 10 at Bahia Pez Vela. We had high expectations based on the pictures and prior reviews and our stay still exceeded our expectations. This is definitely up there with the best AirBNB's we have ever stayed at. The unit was very clean and the location within the resort is perfect because you can access the beach, the beautiful pool area, and the on-site bar and restaurant in seconds. You will have a private patio with shade and a great seating area that overlooks the ocean, and the main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the ocean. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and accommodating. We rented snorkeling equipment one day from the office and were surprised at how good the snorkeling was at the resort beach. Alvin's communication was excellent from beginning to end. Book it! You will not be disappointed.

Casita Rosa was the perfect Airbnb for my husband and me. It was clean, charming, and very comfortable. The outdoor bathroom and shower were beautiful and added a unique, relaxing touch to the experience. Being right on the beach made it even better. We loved hearing the waves! The casita had everything we needed: a mini fridge, strong air conditioning, comfy bed, TV, desk, cozy sitting area, fast Wi-Fi, and a safe parking space. The location was ideal, just steps from Hemingway’s, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, great drinks, and even a late-night pizza. Other restaurants and a small market were within walking distance, and it was a short drive to nearby beaches and the Marina. Lyndsey and Jeff were kind, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. They also shared helpful local tips that made our stay even better. We absolutely loved our time at Casita Rosa and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for a peaceful, beachside escape.

Kathleen’s place is really beautiful. The views from the decks are amazing. The kitchen was great. Everything you needed. New shiny appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the main floor was the perfect temp with the ocean breezes. Great showers with plenty of hot water. We loved being right on the beach. It is a big place where we were all able to find our own place to be. The beach is lovely, good waves for boogie boarding and jumping waves. There are kayaks to use which is nice as well. Great restaurants on the beach that you can walk to on the beach. We went to the Beach House and it was delicious! I highly recommend Kathleen’s place!

The decor of the home is beautiful, and filled with amenities down to the smallest details. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the master bedroom balcony, covered patio, and outdoor patio with a breath taking mountainside, ocean view is just one of the highlights of this home. The humming birds feeding on the beautiful floral vegetation added to the peaceful, serene atmosphere. It is located in a secured resort, which offers concierge services, an outdoor restaurant adjacent to the infinity pool and beach, just to highlight some additional attributes. Staying in this spacious, beautiful home will be one of the best choices in Costa Rica.

Outstanding property! Easy check in and excellent hosts. Nelson and Briselda take such good care of the home and your group while you are there while remaining very unintrusive. Amazing property with direct beach access and walkable to multiple restaurants. Worked very well for a multigenerational family vacation. Hope to return in the future!

great locations and nice pool in the complex. some decent stairs so would recommend a lower unit for anyone who has trouble. the hosts communicated well through messaging and arranged for a golf cart(added fee but worth it) to be there when we arrived. that way we could hop around the whole resort.

Comfortable clean place and close access to a beautiful beach. Safe without instructions but they responded quickly and helped. We had a wonderful stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic through and through. The location cannot be beat as its steps from the most beautiful beach. The back patio was shockingly private and offered a retreat from beach goers. The house its self was stocked with everything you need. It was definitely rustic which we loved but be aware that it has a bit of “glamping” vibe. Daniela was a fabulous host and made every accommodation for us to have the perfect trip and was responsive to all our questions.
