Wooded 2 bedroom cottage with access to Gull, Round, and Love lakes! Private community with beach and picnic area. The house is a short one block walk to Gull Lake where you can swim, fish, or sit on the pier. Just a few minutes drive into the city of Brainerd and quaint shops and restaurants in Nisswa. Gull lake is 17,000+ acres of recreation. Grandview golf courses and Glacial Waters Spa are a short cruise across the lake or a 5 minute drive.

Spacious 1 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment on Gull Lake for 2 people only (not set up for infants or babies). One queen size bed and room for one car on driveway. Private entrance with keyless lock & direct access to sand beach, and use of 2 kayaks. Amenities include chair lift, air conditioning, washer, dryer, galley kitchen with all appliances, walk-in shower, queen bed. Light & airy. wi-fi, tv with basic cable & Netflix.

Everything is brand new in this space. Perfect for families and friends! Please note that due to winter conditions the plumbing/bathroom/kitchenette in the bunk house is unavailable. The main cabin plumbing is available year round.
