Bakers Loft, park up to 4 boats private location

Bakers Loft has hosted countless professional fishermen at Lake Guntersville. The house is 700 Sqft house located 350 feet away from the primary residence, so it is a private, safe location. Bakers Loft is a Vacation Rental located minutes from Guntersville City Harbor. Living room and bedrooms have TVs. There is a full bath and kitchen and free WiFi. Also, plenty of to room park with water hook up and available extension chords. The high vaulted ceiling gives a spacious feeling for relaxing.

The grand patio offers plenty of space to unwind in the evening. Covered parking is available for boats, making it convenient for water enthusiasts to explore Lake Guntersville.

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Charming bluff house in quiet town with nice view of the Tennessee Valley. Gorham's Bluff is a small community with a lodge, meeting house, small library, amphitheater, duck pond and scenic overlook. A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT.
