This was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. The beds were very cozy and slept great. The large yard made me feel like I had good privacy, and was also very peaceful. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. Overall this is a great place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot.

We stayed at Dave’s place as we had to come out to Alabama for work. The house was clean, well equipped/maintained. Very good experience. The neighbors two dogs are not on a leash and would bark at us. However we quickly found out that if you ask them to sit they’ll obey and just smile.

Stayed at the Catfish Cabin in Sweet Springs Retreat over the weekend for a baseball tournament. Cabin/Tiny Home was cozy, clean, 13 min from restraunts in Guntersville. Beds were comfortable. 2 young kids loved the bounce houses in the entertainment building. Very neat and peaceful place to stay. Didnt have time to venture out much to sight see but hope to return in the future for a long weekend. Would recommend to others. Enjoyed our weekend.

This place was amazing. Had everything we needed and more! My little girl loved the outside area, the swing set, tree swing, games in the outdoor seating area, and the dock. We felt right at home and appreciated the recommendation last for food and the drive in! We could not have found a better place to stay!

Wonderful place for our group to enjoy family time together. Enough space for us all (11) with enough linens and dinnerware for everyone. Shane was helpful with our requests and responsive to our needs. Great time in Guntersville.

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding weekend. Beautiful. What an absolute gem! This house is phenomenal. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It is extremely spacious, private, peaceful, and has tons of storage throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry makes you want to cry happy tears. The large backyard, pool, play set, and grilling area were golden. I could go on all day about how intentional this entire place is: the furniture, the covers, the bathroom amenities, the lighting, the floorplan. Cary is also fantastic. Her response times are quicker than I’ve experienced. When I couldn’t figure out how to work something, she asked if I wanted her to stop by and check on it. Within 5 minutes, she had checked on the issue and left without anyone even realizing. Her priority was staying out of the way and making sure my family enjoyed every bit of the stay. Amazing location with an incredible view.

Our large family of 11 adults plus 12 children all agreed that this was the best house we have ever rented. It accommodated us beautifully. The bunk room was a dream come true for all the cousins (children). The lot was great and had easy access to the lake. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped and the living space was wonderful and we never felt the least bit crowded. I don’t know how our stay could have been improved. Thanks so much!
