Geceleri balkonlarda rahatça oturup, yatarken klimayı kapatabilirsiniz. Plaja 10 dk, büyük market ve avm lere 5 dk, köy bakkallarina 3 dk mesafede. Tesisin çok büyük bir havuzu var. Deniz dalgalıysa çok üzülmeden geri dönebilirsiniz. Evdeki eşyalar yeni, temiz. Mutfakta yemek pişirmek için her şey var. Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Eksiği yok, fazlası var. Yeniden gider miyim? Kesinlikle evet.

Büşra hanım son derece samimi ve dost canlısı bir ev sahibiydi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzeldi. Mutfakta baharat takımlarına kadar ihtiyaçlarımız ön görülmüştü. Oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Otel konsepti tarzıyla yeterince konforlu bir gündü. Kendisine misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz 🍀

Harika bir ew.ihtiyacindan daha fazlasi aklina gelmeyecek suprizler var odada.her ihtiyacin fazlasiyla dusunulmus.yeri guzel ew sahibi ilgili biri.kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret etmek isteriz.

Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

My husband is Turkish and knew this area well. The apartment is in a small block and is very peaceful and quiet area BUT only 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Marina & Port areas. Lots of shops, chemists for all your needs within minutes of this clean spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped incl.dish washer, fridge freezer, air fryer & 4 ring hob. Mustafa also supplied a large bottle of water that lasted us for the whole week.Very kind gesture! The double bedroom has balcony that gets sun for most of day. Balcony off sittingroom area has side view of marina area & overlooking large grass area. Washing machine worked well, clothes airer to dry washing & air con/ heat & cool unit in Sittingroom area. other bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedding nice quality & spare bedding in wardrobe. When we are back in Izmir we will come back to this place for sure.

Very grateful to stay at Çapan’s place while in Kuşadasi, Turkey. Çapan was very friendly and welcoming, assisting us in every way needed, provided clear instructions and expectations for how he would like the place kept. When we needed suggestions for places to eat and visit, Çapan was more than willing to give us personal recommendations. Also had the opportunity to meet with Çapan and talk with him over tea. Again, a very friendly and welcoming individual. The place was very clean, and although the power went out a few times, Çapan was quick to respond and assist us in getting the power back on. As Çapan spoke with me, cleanliness was important to him and the place, which was evident in how clean and organized the place. Sheets, blankets and towels were all folded neatly in the wardrobes. Place was very spacious and comfortable. All in all, very pleased with our experience at Çapan’s Airbnb, and if I come back to Kuşadasi, I plan on staying at Çapan’s Airbnb again. Thank you again!

Wir konnten die ganze Anlage sehr geniessen. Die Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang zeigte sich in wunderbarer Farbenpracht. Sehr hat uns auch die Ruhe der ganzen Umgebung gefallen. Das geräumige Haus, die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche, erlaubte uns als 3 Generationen-Familie mit ganz unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen, einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Katzen, Hunde und Hühner mit Hahn (ohne Gockelgeschrei) erfreuten uns immer wieder in ihrem unterschiedlichen Verhalten. Der Kontakt mit Metin und Ali war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen.
