This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as unlimited hiking, running and cycling routes. My house is a 500m walk from the lake. Any questions I’m here to help and advise ! Diolch 🤗

Beautiful Welsh barn at the foot of Snowdon

The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings, kitchen area and bathroom with free standing bath. The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

5* Shepherds Hut in Betws-y-coed - mountain views

Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

CELYN - SNOWDONIA

Celyn is situated in the magical valley of Nant Gwynant, right in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. It's incredibly fortunate to be one of the very few cottages in Snowdonia that is only a 10 minute walk from the Watkin Path, a spectacular route up Snowdon. From the cottage itself you are afforded the most awe-inspiring views of the Snowdon Range. The cottage has been recently refurbished & sleeps 4 people in 2 double rooms. ONE dog is allowed in the kicthen area only for £20 per stay.

Located within the picturesque village of Nant Peris, Terfyn is a 100m from the Snowdon long stay car park that has regular buses to Pen-y-Pass car park for hikers wanting to climb Yr Wyddfa. It is also a 300m walk to Vaynol Arms pub, where you can pop in for a well deserved traditional pub dinner and drink after a long climb. Terfyn Cottage is the perfect location to enjoy everything Snowdonia National Park has to offer.
