Our accommodation has an open plan kitchen diner, with 4 bedrooms (3 x beds are zip & link), 3 En-suites & a family bathroom, offering the perfect base to explore the delights of Snowdonia with so many famous landmarks & attractions right on the doorstep. This Seaview Apartment is on the Top Floor of Lluesty, situated in the small village of Dyffryn Ardudwy between the coastal towns of Barmouth & Harlech. The views overlook the hills of Snowdonia & the Cardigan Bay Coastline with the most amazing sunsets. Built in 1819 the Georgian House provides a separate top floor apartment, with private entrance and door, accessed through the main building & staircase. The apartment Sleeps 5 with 3 bedrooms and a Lounge-Diner, bathroom & kitchen.

Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Nestled in the heart of Bala Town, our retreat is a haven of indulgence. Luxuriate in our 8-person touch screen hot tub and unwind in the 4-person sauna. For entertainment, a ping pong and pool table await, along with arcade classics. Our spacious house accommodates 11 guests, and a travel cot is provided. Just a 10-minute stroll to Bala Lake, and all amenities are within a 2-minute walk. This central location ensures both relaxation and convenience.

You’ll love this spacious & sunny apartment with its open plan living area, kingsized bedroom (with sofa-bed on request), bath and shower ensuite, a bunk room (standard singles) and additional shower room. The apartment is on the second floor and there are five stairs (with hand-rail) down to the main ensuite bedroom.

Come and stay in one of our 2 lovely yurts or bring your friends and hire them both! Private location surrounded by nature and the sound of the river. The yurt is situated on an organic small holding in the beautiful Welsh valleys. You have to cross a foot bridge to get to it. Leave your car on one side of the river and walk to your accommodation. We can also provide fruit and veg as we run an organic market garden in the summer months.
