The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
