I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this spacious, light-filled and homey apartment in the peaceful and green neighborhood of Neve Avivim in the vicinity of the Tel Aviv university, only twenty minutes away walking distance to a beautiful beach, and twenty minutes away bus ride to the center of Tel Aviv. There are several small shopping centers in the vicinity with ample coffee shops and restaurants where the locals hang out. This is a perfect location if you are looking for a central and vibrant but quiet area with ample parking.

Excellent host. Great place. Amazing location and the apartment was even better than showed in the pictures. Communication with Johnathan was easy and very responsive. Fully recommend!!!

nice place, managed by a company, very clean and cozy. for us it was hard to find, we also struggled to understand if we can have early check-in option, despite our questions in advance there was no response. instructions shared via separate link, which is not very convenient for my taste. still very solid and good place for couple with 1 kid in quite neighbourhood. close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment is larger than it seems in pictures and it is very well equipped. There is a lot of attention to details, we found plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom, as well as water bottles, coffee, snacks and even yogurt in the fridge. I can’t say much about the kitchen, because we only used the Nespresso machine there. The attached parking space is a huge plus for those who arrive there by car. All-in-all, I would like to be able to stay there again.

The flat was perfect for our requirements but the big plus is the location. The beach is right opposite and the marina with all its shops and restaurants is a lovely 10 minute walk. The apartment set up with the mezzanine floor is quirky and adds to the character of the apartment.

התארחנו בפסח שני זוגות חברים עם 4 ילדות קטנות. הביתה היה מאובזר לגמרי, מרווח, נקי ונעים. יש בבית חדר עם אמבטיה וחדר עם מקלחון ובנוסף, היה גם לול וכיסא אוכל לתינוקת. היתרון המרכזי הוא החצר המקסימה שמלאה בפינות ישיבה ומשחק עבורנו ועבור הילדות. הג'קוזי היה נעים וחם עם מים נקיים. נתן היה מסביר פנים, הסביר לנו הכל והיה זמין עבורנו. נהנינו מאוד, תודה!

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment. Michelle is a great host - always responsive. The apartment is perfect for two people but would be quite a squeeze for more than that. Walk to the beautiful beach is just under one mile - passing by some shops and restaurants on the way. I highly recommend this rental.

The apartment was pretty much as advertised. It is located right by a school but no issue with noise. The apartment could use updated appliances as they are a bit dated and also a good cleaning but overall very nice place. Would stay there again.

This is a great location. The port is walkable which provides access to restaurants bakeries and playgrounds. It’s close to a library and another playground for smaller children which was perfect for us. The host is responsive and he even left us a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. I would be happy to book again when visiting Tel Aviv.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Wonderful stay in a perfect neighborhood adjacent to the park and close to many stores and restaurants. The apartment was perfect, quiet and comfortable.

Couldn’t be better. Apartment so nice, can cook, host guests, very comfortable. Neighbors very kind and friendly. Has everything needed to cook and host friends. Very spacious, light, airy, nice breezes. Felt at home immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for a couple. Tomer was extremely easy to deal with. His apartment is ready for you to just go and enjoy. It is unbelievable all the little extras he leaves for his guests. The area is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is so easy. Look forward to going again

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

Shia and Miriam‘s place was exceptional. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s in Israel and this one stood out for its amazing attention to detail, cleanliness and minimal styling. Definitely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had at in Israel, way better than most spots in Tel Aviv or Ra’anana. They were amazing hosts - helping me resolve the two minor issues that occurred super quickly and I felt like the attention and care that they showed is reflected in the quality of the place. Highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back.

Great flat in a perfect location overlooking the harbour. Flat is spacious and comfortable. Only minor issues regarding missing blind in the second bedroom (early wake up), mattress in master bedroom not the most comfortable and some bed linen over-used and tired. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Yuval is a great host! The apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a family. We appreciated how quickly he responded to communications and would definitely stay there again!

This AirBnB is really special with the most beautiful view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony.

Notre séjour au sein de l’appartement de Mordehai s’est extrêmement bien déroulé ! L’emplacement exceptionnel ( a deux minutes du kikar à pied) , la propreté et la réactivité de Mordehai nous ont permis de nous sentir extrêmement à l’aise ! Les lits sont quand à eux très confortables, ce qui est un critère important pour mon époux. Les chambres et le salon sont parfumés délicatement ce qui apporte d’autant plus de douceur et de fraîcheur ! Je n’ai rien à redire ! Je garde en tête cet appartement pour mon séjour prochain!
