公寓的空間規劃很好寬敞舒適且乾淨，室內該有的設備很齊全，像是洗衣機、衣櫃、全身鏡等的使用都很順手，備有的廚具、日常用品也很齊全，還貼心準備了茶包跟咖啡以及多種料理用的調味料。跟房東的溝通也很順暢，我們住得很愉快。

Wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende anläßlich eines Konzertbesuchs in Wien eingeplant. Siegfried war ein toller Gastgeber - die Unterkunft ideal gelegen, toll ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für eine 5-köpfige Familie!

My group of 4 loved staying at Den's place. The space is exactly as pictured in the photos, very clean and nicely laid out. My friends and I felt right at home here, it was super comfortable to lounge around and be "home". Den has also thought of all amenities, as we're backpackers, we had to do laundry and Den had washing detergent and even a laundry basket! The location of the house is a quick walk to the main train station but also a quick walk to get onto the subway to get into downtown. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

Die Wohnung von Kinka ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir waren zu dritt mit Kind und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Kinka sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

Chic decor , spotless clean yet has everything you need for a short stay. Supermarket round the corner, tram 52 right across the road. Hosts are always willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr Angenehm und ruhig,man hat sich in der Unterkunft gleich wie zuhause gefühlt sehr familiär und gemütlich, Blick auf die Donau war atemberaubend Küche war voll ausgestattet sei es Gewürze ,Eiswürfel und Küchenuntensilien Der Schnitt von der Unterkunft war gut nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein Die Terrasse war groß ,perfekt zum draußen sitzen im Sommer. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen Danke an die Tolle Gastfreundschaft an die Besitzer

The apartment is lovely, very clean and properly equipped. Nice balconies on every floor. Excellent location. We really enjoyed it!
