Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the country just off of a quiet, unpaved road. We have excellent neighbors, but none in sight of the cabin :-) Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Small, quaint cottage on a private cove with a view of beautiful lake Pymatuning. Perfect for a couple or individual seeking relaxation,enjoying nature or great fishing. Close to state park for hikes and boat launch. In winter months, this is the perfect spot to warm up after ice fishing, snowmobiling or cross country skiing. In the warm months, you are close to the Gatehouse Winery, Mortals Key Brewery and Carried Away Outfitters. Our lake and surrounding country roads are very picturesque.

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a cozy space whether you are brought here for business or leisure. We offer a comfortable king size bed and a full size futon, if needed. The private guest entry has steps with an optional ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern.
