We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the views, weber BBQ and spa pool for outdoor living. The house has great Indoor outdoor flow. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.

Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.
